Using kinetic typography and the book cover as my main sources of inspiration I experimented with different typography based transitions that really embodied the magic at the heart of Madeline Millers book Circe. This animated trailer was created purely for Instagram stories so everything was designed in 9:16 format and I had lots of fun picking out real world social media content to include within the animation.
